Background Experience:
I have experience managing psychiatric medications for people of all ages and backgrounds and with varying severity.
I have worked in outpatient private practice, community mental health centers, skilled nursing and residential care facilities, and inpatient psychiatric units. I also have experience managing medications for opioid and alcohol detox.
I have a special interest in nutrition and exercise and how they affect brain health and overall wellness.
As a breast cancer survivor, I hope to be an example of resilience. I believe with hope, faith and individual lifestyle changes and enhancements, anyone’s life can improve.
You deserve to live a life filled with health and happiness.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my husband Cody, our sons Cody II (5) and Callahan “Cal” (3) and our golden retriever Charlotte (9).
Exercise helps my body and mind. I enjoy Pilates, strength training, and daily Peloton activities.
